Triangle Sauté Spatula

The angled, pointed head reaches into corners and pan edges most spatulas miss — ideal for sautéing, folding and turning. Carved from a single piece of dense manikara timber, it handles high heat and constant use while staying kind to your cookware. Tight grain naturally resists water, mould and scratches, finished with food-grade oil. Dishwasher safe and entirely maintenance-free.

Won't go mouldy like soft wooden utensils or bamboo
Had a wooden spoon crack, fur up or go mouldy before? That's usually soft, porous timber like bamboo or beechwood soaking up water. This is different. Dense Manikara wood has naturally tight pores, so it barely absorbs moisture — which means no mould, no warping, no splintering, and no fuzzy grain. It's genuinely dishwasher safe and needs little to no oiling to stay beautiful. A piece built to last for years, not a season.

Handcarved from solid timber manikara wood (sawo) for our spatulas and teak for the ladle. It's chosen for natural durability and water resistance. Finished with food-grade oil for a smooth, food safe surface. Dense and tight-grained, each piece resists water, mould, warping and scratches. Dishwasher safe and maintenance-free as no oiling needed. As every piece is carved by hand, slight variations in grain, tone and size are natural and unique to yours.
