ORDERS
What’s the status of my order?
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process in our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to tracking information for your package. Kindly note that shipping times estimated at checkout do not include order processing time.
Personalised orders will be shipped up to 2 weeks starting from the order date.
What are my payment options?
Kayu & Co. accepts payment via all major credit cards, such as Visa, American Express, and Mastercard, as well as PayPal checkout. Kindly note, 1 additional business day of processing time is required for orders using PayPal. After Pay can be used only for Australian orders.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

Can I view prices in my local currency?
You can view our prices in a variety of currencies! Soon we’ll be offering GBP, CNY, EUR and USD. Cost of shipping will also be reflected in your chosen currency at checkout, however Kayu & Co. processes all orders in AUD.
What if something is sold out?
If a specific product size or variation is not listed, it is out of stock or discontinued. If you want to be waitlisted for an item, please contact our customer service team atsupport@kayu.coand they will make sure you are the first to receive a likely lead-time for delivery.
Can I send an item to someone else as a gift?
No problem. Simply uncheck ‘Ship To The Same Address’ under your billing address, and enter the recipient’s address as your shipping address.
Is it possible to change an order after it’s been confirmed?
We aim to get the deliveries out the same or next day. Provided the stock has not already been packed and dispatched, you can email us atsupport@kayu.co. Once it is dispatched, however, you will need to return it to us for an exchange or refund.
When will my click and collect order be ready?
You will receive an email from the our Team once your order is ready to pick up
Our warehouse collecting hours are from Monday – Friday 10 am – 4 pm
Please remember to wear a face mask
You will need to provide proof of purchase, an email, bank statement or drivers license will be suffice
How does “pre-order” work?
Backordered items are items that are available for you to purchase before stock has reached our warehouse. Backordering an item guarantees you’ve secured that item before it hits the shelves. There may be a wait for the stock to arrive but we will only ever list items for backorder when we know they’re on their way and not far from arriving to us. As soon as the stock arrives, we’ll post your backordered item(s) and we’ll advise you of the estimated delivery date.

How do I take care of my Kayu & Co. products?
Thanks for asking. We love knowing that you want to take the best care of your Kayu & Co. products.
We use high quality wood material to make our products, which means care instructions should be followed to ensure you get longevity out of your products. It’s essential to use the right oil for rejuvenating your bowl. Food-grade mineral oil will improve your bowl’s resistance to water and salad oils. Apply it liberally with a soft cloth or paper towel and let it soak in well, overnight if possible. Then wipe off the excess and buff until the oil is absorbed completely. Natural wooden products are a thing of beauty. Care for yours properly and it will retain that beauty for years to come. Please ask us if you need further advice.
