SHIPPING
We use Sendle & AU Post for our shipment. Flat rate $8 shipping fee and FREE shipping across Australia for order over $100. International shipping is $25 flat rate.
PRODUCT RETURN
We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. if you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via our contact us within 14 days of receiving your product and provide your order number/proof of purchase. Sadly, we aren’t required to offer an exchange if you change your mind. No exchanges or refunds will be available on personalized items. As a sustainability & purpose-driven brand, it’s important to us that we generate as little waste as possible — by placing limits on product exchanges, we’re able to create less waste.
