Pan Scraper Spatula

The workhorse for lifting fond and scraping every last bit from the base of the pan. Its firm, straight edge does the job without gouging your cookware, and because it’s carved from dense, tight-pored manikara wood, it shrugs off water, mould and scratches through heavy use. Beautifully smooth food-grade finish, dishwasher safe, never needs re-oiling. Solid timber, handmade.

Won't go mouldy like soft wooden utensils or bamboo
Had a wooden spoon crack, fur up or go mouldy before? That's usually soft, porous timber like bamboo or beechwood soaking up water. This is different. Dense manikara wood has naturally tight pores, so it barely absorbs moisture — which means no mould, no warping, no splintering, and no fuzzy grain. It's genuinely dishwasher safe and needs little to no oiling to stay beautiful. A piece built to last for years, not a season.

Finished with food-grade oil for a smooth, food-safe surface. Dense and tight-grained, each piece resists water, mould, warping and scratches. Dishwasher safe and maintenance-free — no oiling needed.
